Hi, I’m Carolyn
I’m a graphic designer and illustrator currently based in Antwerp, Belgium. Originally from Los Angeles, I spent over 20 years there working in print, web, and package design for globally recognized brands. My work involved art-directing many photoshoots and working with Vogue-credited photographers.
I love helping brands, like yours, express their passion through design, photography and illustration.

MY LEARNING JOURNEY
As a student of life, my interests have sent me around the world. My academics focused on business at Georgetown with a year abroad at Nyenrode in The Netherlands. A summer sojourn at Cambridge for Medieval English history and literature elevated my writing skills.
However, a course in fashion illustration at FIDM set me definitively on a more artistic path. With design as my language and curiousity my lens, I continue to be a lifelong learner, traveler, bookworm, nature-lover and photo enthusiast.

In the ever-changing adventure called life, my husband and I recently decided to move our family from the trendy neighborhood of Silverlake in Los Angeles to the small town of Schoten, just outside of Antwerp. We hope to teach our two kids to erase boundaries and seek wider vistas while also connecting with our European family.
Having enjoyed a long hiatus to spend time with my growing kids, I am excited to see what my new surroundings will inspire in me and to design and illustrate once again.
